Cancellation Policy
Effective: 8 September 2026 · Qunzia LLC
1. Scope
This policy explains what renews automatically when you buy a plan from Qunzia LLC (“Qunzia”, “we”, “us”), how to stop it, and exactly when stopping takes effect. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Refund Policy, which governs money already paid.
Cancelling a plan is not the same as deleting your account, and it is not the same as cancelling an appointment you booked with a business listed on Qunzia. Both are covered in Section 8.
2. What renews, and what does not
Monthly plans renew automatically
When you buy a monthly plan you authorise a recurring payment. We charge the plan price at the start of each monthly period, and the plan renews automatically for successive periods at the then-current price until you cancel it. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
The exact amount, the billing frequency, and the fact that it repeats until cancelled are shown to you at checkout, and you must tick a box to confirm you accept them before any authorisation is created. Nothing is pre-ticked on your behalf. We keep a dated record of that confirmation.
Yearly plans do not renew
A yearly plan is a single prepaid charge that entitles you to 365 days of service. It creates no recurring authorisation and will not renew or re-charge on its own. When the year ends, paid features stop until you choose to buy again. We email you a reminder before that date so the stop is never a surprise.
One-time charges
Setup fees and promoted placements are one-time charges. They do not recur and there is nothing to cancel.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel a recurring plan yourself, at any time, without contacting us:
- sign in and open Billing in your dashboard;
- find your plan under Subscription, where the amount and the next charge date are shown; and
- select Cancel subscription and confirm.
That is the whole process: two clicks, no phone call, no form, and no requirement to give a reason. We show a confirmation on screen and send you a cancellation email straight away.
If you would rather we did it for you, email info@qunzia.com from the address on your account and we will cancel it and confirm by reply within one business day. Cancelling by email takes effect from the date we receive your request, not the date we process it.
4. When cancellation takes effect
Cancelling stops the recurring authorisation immediately, so no further amounts are ever taken. Your paid features then continue to the end of the period you have already paid for, and stop at that point.
So if you are billed on the 1st and cancel on the 10th, you keep the plan until the end of that month, you are not charged on the 1st of the following month, and the fee for the current month is not refunded. See our Refund Policy for the exceptions where we do refund.
5. What happens to your service
When a plan ends, whether by cancellation or expiry:
- your AI receptionist stops answering calls at the end of the paid period;
- your phone number is held for you for 30 days. If you buy a plan again within that window you keep the same number; after it, the number is released and cannot be recovered;
- your directory listing, profile, reviews, appointments and dashboard remain free and unaffected: listing on Qunzia has never required a paid plan; and
- your call history, recordings and receipts stay available in your dashboard, subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.
Unused voice minutes are not carried over, refunded, or exchanged for credit.
6. Failed payments
If a recurring charge fails, the payment provider retries it up to three times. If it still fails we may suspend the paid features associated with it until payment is completed, and we will email you before and when that happens.
A recurring authorisation can also expire under the rules of the payment provider or your bank, for instance when your card is replaced. That is not a cancellation by either of us: we will ask you to authorise the next payment, and paid features may be paused until you do.
7. Cancellation by us
We may suspend or cancel a plan where you materially breach our Terms of Service, where we are required to by law or by our payment or telephony providers, or where we discontinue the service. Except in cases of breach, we will give you reasonable notice and refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.
8. Related, but different
Cancelling an appointment
Cancelling a booking you made with a business listed on Qunzia is done from My appointments, or with the reference code and phone number from your confirmation. Each business sets its own cancellation, deposit and no-show terms, as described in Section 6.4 of our Terms of Service. It has no effect on any plan you hold with us.
Deleting your account
Cancelling a plan does not delete your account or your data. To delete your account, email info@qunzia.com, and cancel any active plan first, or ask us to do both in the same request.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we make material changes we will notify you by email, or by a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 14 days before they take effect.
