Frequently asked questions
How do I book an appointment?
Search for a provider, open their profile, and choose an available time. You can also ask our AI voice agent to call the provider and book on your behalf. You'll get a confirmation by SMS once the appointment is set.
Do I need an account to book?
No. You can book as a guest using your name and phone number. Signing in simply keeps your bookings, reviews, and saved providers together in one dashboard.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Open the appointment from your dashboard, or use the reference code and phone number from your confirmation, to reschedule or cancel it. If a provider needs to approve the change, we'll let you know.
I'm a provider — how do I list my business?
Choose "Become a Provider" to create your listing, add your services and opening hours, and start receiving appointment requests. See our pricing page for membership plans.
